After watching the training videos, the learner will take a comprehension quiz to determine his/her understanding of the subject matter. The results will be available for review by the learner and their manager. A printable certificate can be downloaded. We have also incorporated such popular social media sites as Facebook and Twitter so that certifications can be posted online.
Managers can't be available 24/7, but anwsers to questions can. The portal knowledge base is our version of google. Just type in some keywords and find what you are looking for. Our customers can also customize their knowledge base by uploading their own information and documents for employee search.
